Mocha Meringue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. water
    6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. instant coffee
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat
    egg
    whites
    until
    stiff,
    adding
    salt,
    sugar, vanilla and vinegar gradually while beating.
    Spread 2 squares of meringue on
    two
    6 x 9-inch pieces of brown paper.
    Set on lowest level of
    oven
    and
    bake at 275\u00b0 for 1 hour or longer. When done, meringue will lift off paper easily.
