Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Turn oven on to 400\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Stir ingredients until mixed, but do not beat.
    Can be lumpy.
    Add 1 cup of blueberries that have been gently rolled in sugar.
    Put into greased muffin tin; usually fills 12 cups of tin, but if you only fill 10 or so, put a little water in empty spaces.
    Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Do not overbake.
    Have fun eating muffins.
