Boiled And Browned Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 8 medium potatoes, washed and scrubbed
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 onion, chopped
    6 or 8 slices bacon, fried until crisp and crumbled
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with jackets until tender, cool.
    Cook until tender bell pepper and onion in 2 tablespoons butter.
    Leave jackets on potatoes and chunk.
    Put in 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Top with bell pepper, onion and bacon. Dot with 1 stick butter and bake in oven at 375\u00b0 for about 15 to 20 minutes.
