Two-Potato Swirls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large baking potatoes (6 to 8 oz. each)
3 large sweet potatoes or yams (6 to 8 oz. each)
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
2 Tbsp. or more of milk
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1 Tbsp. honey
Preparation

Peel and quarter potatoes.
In separate saucepans, cook white and sweet potatoes or yams in a small amount of boiling salted water, covered, about 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain.
