Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless beef round steak
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 can tomato sauce
    2/3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Trim steak and pound well.
    Cut into 6 to 8 pieces.
    Mix flour, salt and pepper.
    Coat beef.
    Place meat and any remaining flour mixture into rectangular baking dish or 10-inch square casserole.
