Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. chunky peanut butter
16 oz. Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
2 chocolate crumb crusts
Preparation

Beat cream cheese and peanut butter at medium speed until light and fluffy.
Add Cool Whip and powdered sugar alternately. Pour into 2 chocolate crumb crusts.
Top with shaved chocolate or sprinkles.
Freeze at least 4 or 5 hours, overnight is best. Serve frozen.
