Kim'S Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 angel food cake
    3 kiwis, sliced
    1 can pineapple tidbits
    1 can mandarin oranges
    2 small boxes vanilla instant pudding (sugar-free)
    3 c. milk
    8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Tear angel food cake into small pieces and place in 13 x 9 pan. Mix pudding mix and milk as directed on package. Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Pour juice over cake. Put fruit on top of this, reserving some to garnish top. Spread pudding over fruit. Next, spread Cool Whip over pudding. Use remaining fruit for decoration. Refrigerate.
