Corn-Bean Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. white Shoepeg corn, drained
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 c. French-cut green beans, drained
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except crackers, pour into casserole dish. Spread crushed crackers on top.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes, until top is golden brown and crunchy.
Freezes well.
