Mimosa For A Crowd - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans frozen orange juice, diluted to 128 oz.
    5 (750 ml.) bottles champagne
    Amaretto (optional)
    60 fresh sprigs mint (optional)
    1 (12 oz.) can frozen orange juice, diluted to 48 oz.
    1 (16 oz.) can frozen orange juice, diluted to 64 oz.
Preparation
    At serving time, place orange juice cube in each glass.
    Add 2 ounces of orange juice.
    Add the champagne at the last moment. Add a dash of Amaretto to each serving and add a sprig of mint.
