Grandmother'S Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    1/2 lb. oleo
    3 3/4 c. sugar
    9 eggs
    4 c. unbleached flour
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan or 3 loaf pans.
    Beat butter and oleo until fluffy.
    Add sugar and beat until creamed.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add vanilla.
    Gradually add flour and continue beating until well mixed.
    Pour batter into prepared pans and bake about 1 hour and 15 minutes for loaves, 2 hours for tube or until tester comes out clean.
    This cake freezes very well.
