Corned Beef Hash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of cayenne
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    2 (1 lb. each) cans corned beef hash
    salt to taste
    4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    minced parsley (for garnish)
Preparation
    Season hen as any other fowl with salt, garlic salt, onion salt and paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
    Then start to baste with a mixture of Vernor's and orange juice and continue to baste until bird is thoroughly cooked.
    For the last half hour, spoon out orange marmalade all over the top and sides.
    Serve with rice.
