Chex After School Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. Chex cereals
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    In a 1-quart microwavable bowl, combine chips, peanut butter and margarine.
    Microwave on High 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until smooth, stirring after 1 minute.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Pour over cereal (in large bowl), stirring until all pieces are evenly coated.
    Place cereal and sugar in a large resealable bag.
    Shake until cooled.
    Spread on waxed paper to cool.
    Store in airtight container.
