Frozen Fruit Salad I - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 banana, sliced
    1/4 c. pecans, chopped
    1 (1 lb.) can black cherries, drained
    4 drops red food color (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and spoon into paper-lined muffin tins.
    Freeze.
    Remove 15 minutes before serving.
