Russian Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage, shredded
    1 large onion, shredded
    1 large bell pepper, shredded
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. apple cider vinegar (white)
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 Tbsp. salt or to taste
Preparation
    Mix cabbage, onion and pepper.
    Add sugar.
    In pan mix oil, vinegar, celery seed, mustard seed and salt.
    Bring mixture to a boil and cook 3 minutes.
    Pour over slaw.
    Seal and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
    Serves 8 to 10, depending on size of cabbage.
