Easy Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken
10 flour tortillas, cut into strips
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 stick margarine
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil chicken and reserve 4 cups stock.
Bone chicken and cut into bite size pieces.
Return chicken to reserved stock.
Add soups and bring to boil.
Add tortilla strips.
Reduce heat to simmer.
Cover and cook 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add oleo when done.
