Beth'S Cheesy Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 pieces chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
season salt to taste
1 medium onion, sliced
1/2 c. cooking white wine
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Day 1: Wash and place the chicken in a 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Add season salt and onion slices. Cover with foil and place in fridge overnight.
