Pork Chops And Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    oil
    seasoning salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns O'Brien, thawed
    1/2 c. sour cream or Imo
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can O & C French fried onion rings
Preparation
    Brown chops lightly in oil. Season. Combine milk, sour cream, soup, salt and pepper. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can onions.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Put chops on top.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes more.
