Lena'S Quick Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    4 c. bread flour, divided
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 pkg. RapidRise yeast
Preparation
    Combine water and butter in a saucepan; heat until butter melts, stirring occasionally.
    Remove from heat and cool to 125\u00b0 to 130\u00b0.
    Combine 3 cups bread flour and remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl; stir well.
    Gradually add liquid mixture, beating well at high speed with an electric mixer.
    Beat an additional 2 minutes at medium speed.
    Gradually stir in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough.
    Cover bowl; let rest for 10 minutes.
