Sesame Seed Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken wings
1/2 c. cornstarch
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
5 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 green onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. minced ginger
2 tsp. sesame oil
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
2 Tbsp. sesame seed
1 c. oil
Preparation

Make a few slits in each wing.
Mix all ingredients in bowl, except chicken, and mix well.
Add chicken and coat
with batter. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
In wok, shallow fry chicken until cooked, about 15 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
