Quick Chicken A La 99 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2/3 c. Pet evaporated skim milk
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. flour
    few grains of pepper
    2 c. cut up chicken
Preparation
    Melt butter in heavy skillet over medium heat.
    Add celery and green pepper.
    Cook until tender, stir in chicken soup, flour, salt and pepper.
    Add 2 cups of cut up chicken and milk.
    You can also add 2 tablespoons of cut up pimento.
    Cook and stir until steaming.
    Serve over toast or biscuits.
    Serves 4.
