Hawaiian Chicken(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple, crushed
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. green peppers, chopped
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. bread molasses
Preparation
    Arrange chicken in 1 1/2-quart microproof casserole.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Blend well.
    Pour over chicken.
    Cover with plastic wrap.
    Cook on High for 10 minutes.
    Rearrange chicken.
    Cover and cook on High for 10 to 12 minutes or until chicken is tender.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
