Mexican Shuffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef (lean)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
    2 cans Ranch Style beans
    1 small onion
    1 lb. Longhorn cheese
    1 pkg. (12) corn tortillas
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion; drain and mix in the soup and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
    Layer as follows:
    line bottom of oblong cake pan with 6 tortillas, then one can of beans (drained), 1/2 of the meat mixture and 1/2 of grated cheese.
    Repeat layers as above. Cook, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
