Herbed Turkey Loaf(Low-Fat Loaf) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. onions, finely chopped
    1 thick slice homemade style white bread
    1/4 c. milk
    1 1/4 lb. ground turkey
    1/2 tsp. ground sage
    1/2 tsp. crushed dried marjoram
    3 Tbsp. parsley, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Set oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a small skillet, melt margarine on low. Saute onion until golden.
    Set aside.
    In a saucer soak bread in milk; break bread apart.
    In a large bowl, combine onions, bread and remaining ingredients.
    Mix with hands until thoroughly combined.
    Shape into a loaf and place onto a lightly greased pie plate or shallow baking dish.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Let set 10 minutes before serving.
