Pork Loin Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) pork tenderloin
    2 nice tomatoes
    2 medium onions
    2 green peppers
    rosemary
    pepper
    minced garlic
    oil
Preparation
    Cut
    tenderloins in
    2-inch
    cubes.
    Quarter
    tomatoes, onions and peppers.
    Place on skewers alternately.
    Brush with oil. Sprinkle pinch of
    rosemary
    over
    skewers\tand top with minced garlic.
    Place in broiler for approximately 15 minutes, turning frequently until done.
    Serve over hot rice.
