Breakfast Burrito - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen diced, hash brown potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. lean sausage
    8 to 12 eggs (depending on number to be fed)
    4 to 6 oz. Velveeta cheese, chunked
    10 tortilla shells, warmed
Preparation
    In a large skillet brown lean sausage.
    Drain.
    Remove from pan.
    Brown hash browns according to directions on package. Remove from pan.
    Beat eggs slightly and pour into pan.
    Cook slightly, then add cooked sausage and hash browns.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    When eggs are firm, add chunked Velveeta cheese. Turn on very low heat and put lid on skillet.
    Prepare tortilla shells.
    Add filling, roll up and serve.
