Kenai Kate'S Pickled Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. wine vinegar
    1 1/3 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    3 to 4 garlic cloves, quartered
    1 lb. mushrooms, washed and dried (halved, if large)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except mushrooms in a quart jar and shake well.
    Marinate 2 to 3 days, shaking occasionally.
