Tremendous No-Bake Cherry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 c. water
2 (8 or 9-inch) pie shells, baked
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry flavored Jell-O
1 qt. (4 c.) fresh frozen or canned, drained red tart cherries
2 c. whipped topping
Preparation

Mix cornstarch and sugar; add cold water.
Bring to a boil; turn heat to medium.
Boil about 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in Jell-O until dissolved; add cherries. Chill until mixture starts to set, then fold in whipped topping. Pour into shells.
Could use peaches with peach Jell-O or strawberries with strawberry Jell-O.
