Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 yellow squash
    1 medium onion
    salt
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 egg
    1 to 1 1/2 c. crumbs (I use part seasoned stuffing)
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook squash in small amount of water; should be about 3 cups when done.
    Mash coarsely and add rest of ingredients.
    Pour into buttered casserole dish.
    Sprinkle top with crumbs and grated cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
