Apple Honeys - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. honey
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. honey
4 medium cooking apples

Preparation

Core apples and place in 9-inch glass baking dish.
Mix all other ingredients except 1/4 cup honey.
Pour this mixture over apples.
Pour remaining honey over all.
Microwave 3 to 5 minutes or until tender.
