Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans pork and beans, drained
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    1 small can Spam, diced
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in crock-pot; cook on low 4 to 8 hours.
