Pork Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 beaten eggs
    4 c. cold cooked rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. dried roast pork
    2 to 3 green onions, chopped fine
Preparation
    Heat 2 tablespoons oil in wok or large skillet.
    Scramble beaten eggs.
    Remove and set aside.
    Heat the other 2 tablespoons oil to 400\u00b0.
    Stir-fry rice, breaking up lumps, turning quickly and constantly.
    When well heated, add salt, soy sauce, pork, onions and eggs.
    Stir-fry to heat thoroughly.
