Shrimp Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined (50 count)
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. butter
    black pepper to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    1/4 medium onion, finely chopped
Preparation
    Saute onion
    in
    butter
    with garlic powder and pepper. Add shrimp and stir-fry over medium heat about 5 to 10 minutes or until done.
    Remove shrimp with slotted spoon. Add wine and lemon juice
    (previously mixed) to remaining butter.
    Simmer 2 minutes. Serve on a bed of rice.
