Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 lb.) beef chuck roast
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Brown
    roast
    on all sides.
    Place roast on large sheet of heavy-duty\tfoil
    in
    baking
    pan.\tSprinkle soup mix over roast. Spread canned mushroom soup all over roast.
    Seal foil securely over roast.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 4 hours.
