Pineapple Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
    5 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 stick oleo, melted
Preparation
    Pour pineapple with juice into a buttered 11 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Combine flour and sugar.
    Sprinkle over pineapple. Cover with layer of cracker crumbs and cheese.
    Pour melted oleo over mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
