Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1/4 c. flour
    2 (10.5 oz.) cans chicken broth
    2 lb. fresh broccoli, chopped
    2 eggs
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    salt to taste
Preparation
    In a deep saucepan, heat butter and oil to medium.
    Add onions and celery and stir.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Dust on flour and mix well. Add broth, 2 cans of water and broccoli.
    Stir and bring to boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook 15 minutes.
