Egg Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
4 drops yellow food coloring
Preparation

Mix ingredients well.
Add flour until dough is stiff enough to roll out on floured sheet.
Roll out thin (1/8-inch or less); cut into strips (1/4 to 3/8-inch wide).
Let dry one hour.
Drop into boiling broth and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
Makes 4 large servings.
