Cheese Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. carrots
    1 stick butter
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese (no substitute)
    buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Scrape 2 packages carrots.
    Slice 1/2-inch thick and cook until tender in salted water.
    Melt butter and cheese.
    Pour over carrots.
    Bake in a casserole dish 30 minutes at 350\u00b0, about 10 minutes before taking out of oven.
    Cover with bread crumbs and let brown.
