Ingredients

3 egg yolks
2 heaping Tbsp. self-rising flour
2 1/2 c. whole milk
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
2/3 (6 oz.) pkg. fresh frozen coconut
Preparation

Cook on top of stove until it thickens.
Use medium heat and stir while cooking.
Pour into baked pie shell.
