Cottage Cheese Souffle Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box lemon jello
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/3 c. diced celery
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    small amount of pimiento (optional)
    2 boiled, diced eggs
    1 c. finely chopped lettuce
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    Add cold water, vinegar, salt, pepper, mayonnaise and cottage cheese.
    Beat well together and let thicken in refrigerator enough to beat light and fluffy, then add celery, onion, pimiento, eggs and lettuce.
    Mix well all together.
    Pour in dish and keep in refrigerator until ready to use.
