Flounder Paisano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) flounder fillets
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
    1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1/2 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Sprinkle flounder with garlic salt and pepper.
    Place in baking dish.
    Add oregano and wine vinegar to tomato juice.
    Pour over fish.
    Broil about 3-inches from heat for 10 minutes or until fish flakes.
    Serves 2.
