Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag hash brown potatoes
    2 c. cut up Velveeta cheese
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 stick margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
    1 c. milk
    1 small onion
    2 c. crushed cornflakes
    1 stick oleo, melted
Preparation
    Thaw hash brown potatoes.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Mix in the thawed potatoes and place in a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Top with the cornflakes mixed with oleo.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serves 8 to 10.
