Old Time Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. thinly sliced pared potatoes
    2/3 c. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. scalded milk
    paprika
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Arrange layer of potatoes in greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Cover with some of the onions.
    Sprinkle with some salt, pepper and flour.
    Dot with some of butter. Repeat layers until all are used up, ending with butter.
    Pour milk over all and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake covered for 45 minutes.
    Uncover and bake for 15 minutes more or until tender. Makes 4 servings.
