Glazed Oranges With Kiwi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large seedless oranges
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. water
    1 kiwi fruit, cut up, or 1/2 c. raspberries or blueberries
Preparation
    Cut thin slivers of peel from one orange with a vegetable parer or sharp knife, being careful not to cut into white membrane.
    Cover peel with boiling water; let stand 5 minutes. Drain.
