Smoked Almonds - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
2 tsp. water
1 c. almonds
1 Tbsp. salad oil
salt
Preparation

Mix liquid smoke and water.
Add almonds and mix well.
Let stand overnight.
Drain almonds and place in a shallow pan.
Add oil and toss until well coated.
Roast in 300\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes, stirring frequently.
When golden, sprinkle with salt.
