Carrot Ring - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced, cooked carrots
1/2 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. milk
Preparation

Combine ingredients.
Pour into a buttered ring mold and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
Unmold and fill with seasoned peas.
Serves 6.
