Hamburg Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. hamburg (lean)
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

In large skillet, melt margarine.
Brown onion and hamburg. Stir in flour, garlic powder, salt, pepper and drained mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in soup, then return to heat.
Bring to simmer, then cook, uncovered, 10 minutes.
Stir in sour cream and mix thoroughly.
Heat well without letting it boil.
Serve over rice or noodles.
