Strawberry Nut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen strawberries
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    3 bananas, mashed
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir until dissolved.
    Thaw berries slightly.
    Add strawberries, bananas, drained pineapple and nuts.
    Place half mixture in 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Chill until firm.
    Spread sour cream evenly over top.
    Carefully spoon on remaining strawberry mixture.
    Chill until firm.
