Chinese Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bacon
1 small pkg. peeled and cooked shrimp
1 large bell pepper
1 large onion
soy sauce to taste
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
1 (14 oz.) can bean sprouts (optional)
4 large eggs, scrambled
1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
Preparation

Fry bacon.
Chop pepper and onion; saute in bacon grease until tender.
Pour up grease, except enough to scramble eggs in.
After scrambling eggs, chop eggs into small pieces.
Combine all ingredients with cooked rice in a large pan; add soy sauce to taste.
