Old South Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell (place in freezer until time to fill)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 beaten eggs
    2/3 stick melted butter
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Whisk flour and sugar together.
    Add all other ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into frozen or very cold pie shell.
    Bake about 40 minutes at 375\u00b0 until lightly browned and firm.
    So good and so easy!
