Pork For A King - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            Boston butt pork roast
 
1 orange, peeled in wedges
1 can whole cranberries
Preparation
- 
                            Wash roast; season with pepper, salt and garlic.
 
Put in crock-pot on low; add orange and cranberries.
Cook for 6 hours. Serve over cooked rice, using juice from roast as gravy.
